Each tour is custom fit for your wishes, whatever the
time of year or destination. We will provide information on Festivals or
other performance and educational opportunities for you.
Performance
Group Tours
Performance group travel should be a Sharing
experience, a Learning experience and a Fun experience. It
must be thoughtfully laid out, carefully constructed and followed through in
every detail - from the moment of first planning to the day you return home.
With a lifetime career in music education and performance and 24 years of travel planning
experience, we are equipped to make your tour workable, musical,
educational and memorable.
Study Tours
Do you have an art, English literature, history or
foreign language class for whom you want to provide educational and cultural
enrichment? It can be an overnight or weekend to a symphony, theatre or
museum experience or an extended tour in the U.S. or abroad. Tell us
what you want and we will work with you from there.
We have arranged art tours to New York City, Paris and
London, and an overnight to Minneapolis for the symphony and many student
groups for theatre, art and music throughout the Midwest, continental United
States and Europe.
No venue is too big or too small.
Pilgrimage
Tours
Faith history tours for Protestants and Catholics can be
an enriching, and at times, emotional experience for the traveler.
Lourdes, Rome, Greece, and the Holy Land - are all possible venues for your
church or fraternal group.
Heritage
Tours
Tracing or returning to one's roots can be an exciting
family experience. Ask us to work with you in a return to your family's
origin - whether it be Ireland, Wales, England, Scandinavia, Germany or any
other vicinity.
Why do groups tour?
"Musically [a tour] is important
for the spaces they sing in. When a piece by Palestrina, Vittoria or Bach is
sung, they now know what that is supposed to be, the space for which it was
written, and what it is supposed to sound like there."
"[The student's] perspective of the
world is different! They read something in the paper, and they react
differently to it."
"Watching the growth of the choir as the tour
evolves is a tremendous experience and so very satisfying."
